My Personal Thoughts of 1990 

 

The 90s is where everything started. I was born in this decade. I am so happy I was born in this time. This is the year where everything started to shape. Different sports were introduced. Music became popular and many singers became known from different kinds of genres such as Jon Bon Jovi, Mariah Carey, and Celine Dion. Their voices inspired many singers of today. Some movies in the 20th century got ideas from movies in the1990s. Moreover, natural disasters that happened in 1990 have caught people off guard and thus. many died. An earthquake in the Philippines and in Iran that  happened in 1990 shook and surprised everyone. A lot of people died because they weren’t informed. Today, people do drills to be prepared and the government prepares first aids and troops that can be dispersed when it is needed. This helped shaped the 20th century by being ready in any kind of disasters that can happen. A lot of stuff was also invented in the 1990s which shaped today. A 16 megabyte chip was shown in the late 90s. Today, there are different kinds of megabyte chips that are used in different kinds of devices such as computers, cameras, and cellphones. Moving forward, NASA also launched the first ever Hubble Space Telescope. Today, we learned a lot about space and its planets thanks to this awesome telescope. To conclude, without any of these inventions, songs, movies, and many other things from the 1990s, the 20th century would be incomplete and different.
